Matched Set: fill all three slots with gear your role can wear and you earn a bonus
set by your weakest piece — so upgrading your worst slot is always the best move.

Set tier is what a piece anchors a Matched Set at: fill weapon, armor and trinket with gear your role can wear and you gain that % of your gear rating, decided by your weakest equipped piece. Three commons is +2%; three legendaries is +15%. An empty slot means no set bonus at all.
